Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) or Saving and Loan Cooperative Sahabat Mitra Sejati with its leading product SOBATKU in collaboration with the National Zakat Management Agency (BAZNAS) provides easy zakat services to help others in need. The collaboration was marked by a launch held at the BAZNAS Headquarter, Sirca Building, Jalan Johar No.18 Kebon Sirih, Central Jakarta on 11 February 2019. The event was attended by Bapak Dodong Cahyono as the Chair of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati Supervisory Board and Bapak Arifin Purwakananta as the Director of BAZNAS and 20 representatives from the media who are also attending the event.
“BAZNAS really appreciated for what has SOBATKU and KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati done in helping BAZNAS to innovate in providing an easy service to help the others, and really hope that it can bridge the philanthropists with those who still need help,” said Director of BAZNAS Bapak Arifin.
In this collaboration, SOBATKU also helps SOBATKU users who want to give alms and donations through BAZNAS. Users can choose the transfer menu and the amount to be donated; then the funds will be received directly by BAZNAS to be distributed to those who entitled to receive it.
“We believe that this collaboration will be mutually beneficial for both parties as well as permanent donors and potential donors who have not used SOBATKU application,” said Bapak Dodong at the end of his speech.
