Mrs. Anak Agung Ayu Manik Rahmawati, who is familiarly called Mrs. Manik, is a Referral Member at KSP SMS Bali area, Gianyar Branch. Mrs. Manik in April 2022 and has referred 18 members, with a total loan of Rp23,4 Billion, and received an incentive of Rp227 Million while being a Referral Member.

The biggest challenge she faces is time management. I have to divide my time between my main job and my time as a Referral Member at KSP SMS to find potential prospects. Another challenge is consistency in pursuing monthly sales targets. Sales are not always easy. “Often, they have been closed, but when they are processed, it turns out that the referenced member does not meet the requirements,” she said.

Despite various difficulties, Mrs. Manik believes she still feels the benefits of being a Referral Member at KSP SMS. “Thanks to my struggle, I can finally feel the benefits of incentives for the results of the disbursement of all members that I referred. My principle is, that customers who don’t need it now may not necessarily not need it again in the future.
