Customers who come directly to Mr. Udin are making a sofa. Apart from that, it is still rare and even no one has a profession like Pak Udin. Running for 4 years or exactly in 2012, Mr. Andi opened a furniture shop. He bought the goods to fill his shop directly from the factory, such as spring beds, cupboards, and some sofas, which were different from those made by Mr. Andi.

During the pandemic, sales turnover has dropped dramatically. Usually, before Eid, there are almost no customers. Due to the PSBB regulations, Pak Andi’s shop has almost no buyers. Luckily this didn’t last long. Since last September things have started to return to normal, Mr. Andi’s sales turnover has slowly but surely increased, although not as much as before the pandemic.

Mr. Andi has joined the Kendari branch of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati since 2017. Starting from Mr. Andi’s dissatisfaction with a financial institution that he has long trusted, Mr. Andi has to transfer all his funds to KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati. According to him, customer or customer satisfaction must take precedence. In contrast to KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, according to him, he feels appreciated and is always heeded by any complaints or requests. Communication is also going well, exchanging stories of ideas between the two. “Hopefully in the future KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati can help me again to advance my business,” concluded Pak Andi.
