On June 9, 2022, the Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSP) Sahabat Mitra Sejati held an annual member meeting for the fiscal year 2021 and a special member meeting on the 3rd floor of the Sampoerna Strategic Square Building in Jakarta. The theme of the meeting was “The Spirit of Mutual Cooperation Encourages MSMEs to Advance and Rise.” Meetings were also held virtually to facilitate members who cannot attend in person.
The Mayor of South Jakarta, Munjirin, S.Sos., M.Sc., notaries, supervisors, management, and representatives of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati members attended the meeting, as well as representatives of the Management of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna as business partners of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati. The Deputy for Cooperatives, Ahmad Zabadi, SH., M.M., also attended the meeting virtually and delivered remarks, as well as members and their representatives through video call.
The agenda for the Special Member Meeting was to accept and approve the resignation of Ratna Kusumadewi as Secretary II and agree to grant her an acquittal (“acquit et de charge”) while carrying out the management duty of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati from 2020 to 2022. The meeting also agreed to appoint Lely Dewi Susianty as Secretary II, effective as of the panel’s closing.
Thus, the composition of the Supervisory Board and Management of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati is as follows:

In addition, the Annual Member Meeting held in the same place approved the ratification of special regulations, SOP, and written resolutions of the decisions of the Management and Supervisory Meeting of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati.
“We appreciate your trust in us. Hopefully, we will be able to carry out this mandate effectively. Hopefully, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati will continue to progress and develop for the benefit of all of us,” in his speech, Irja stated.
This change in the organizational structure of the KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati can provide a bit of fresh air for the KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati to become more advanced and prosperous for its members.
