Located in Sarbini Hall Taman Wiladatika Cibubur Jl. Pusdika Raya No. 6B, Harjamukti, Cimanggis District, Depok, West Java, on March 17, 2020 Savings and Loans Cooperatives (KSP) Sahabat Mitra Sejati held Plenary Sessions for Annual Member Meetings (RAT) & Extraordinary Member Meetings (RALB) for book year 2019. The meeting was attended by the Head of the Establishment of cooperatives, Deputy Institutional Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, Mr. Ir. Sutrisno, Board of Trustees, Management, and Members of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati who lives in JABODETABEKTEN area, as well as Member representatives from out of town through Video Call Zoom Cloud Meeting. Also attending the meeting were representatives from the management of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna as business partner of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, as well as Management of other Cooperatives supported by KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati.
In accordance with applicable regulations, Member Meetings are held by a Committee chaired by the Chairperson of the Member Meeting Committee, namely Eri Taruna, who said that the Pre-Plenary RAT and RAT were chosen given the growing number of Members and spread in 27 Provinces in Indonesia. The Member Meeting was chaired by the Member’s representative namely Mr. Muhamad Rizal as the Chair of the Meeting and Ms. Venika Aprilia Sembiring as the Meeting Secretary.
The RAT’s agenda includes submission of the Management & Supervisory Report for the 2019 book year, Work Plans, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati budget plan for 2020, and matters that need approval from the RAT. Whereas the RALB includes approval of amendments to the Articles of Association, amendments to the Bylaws, and changes in the composition of the Management and Supervisors of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati. Before the reading of the recapitulation and decision of the RAT & RALB results by the Chairperson of the Meeting, participants received a report submitted by the KSP’s Supervisors and Management, which were respectively delivered by Mr. Dodong Cahyono as Chairperson of the Supervisor and Mr. Ceppy Y. Mulyana as Chairperson of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati. Mr. Dodong would like to thank all the Management and members who have worked hard to make KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati continue to grow each year. “Thank you for the support of the Management and all Members that made KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati can continue to progress and develop,” said Mr. Dodong closing his report. The Chairperson of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, Mr. Ceppy said that the implementation of the RAT, among others, showed that KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati had implemented Good Cooperative Governance (GCG), one of which required every Cooperative in Indonesia to hold an Annual Member Meeting. On the final agenda, which was the reading of the Recapitulation Results and Meeting Decisions, the Chairperson of the Meeting said that KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati had reached the quorum and the Members agreed on the Supervisory and Management Accountability Report, Work Plan and the 2020 Budget.
