In order to improve service quality and professional management of the cooperative, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati take part in yearly health certification administered by the Deputy for Supervision of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs.
KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati’s health certification was conducted on November 10, 2020, for the 2019 financial year. The result stated that KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati is still in the predicate of “fairly healthy”, but the point had increased compared to the previous year by 5 points, from 68.0 to 73.50. This improvement was the result of collective work in improving the service quality.
On November 27, 2020, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati received the certification results that were given directly by Ahmad Zabadi, SH, MM as Deputy of Supervision, Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs, which was received directly by Dodong Cahyono as the head of the supervisor of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, accompanied by the management of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati I Made Pande Cakra as Chairman II, Ondi Gokkon Yanuar Saragih as Secretary I, and Luqmanul Hakim as License & Government Relations.
On this occasion, Ahmad Zabadi advised KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati to continue to improve the quality of services and aspects of institutional compliance in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations in running a savings and loan business.
