Apart from being a cooperative that focuses on empowering micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), the Sahabat Mitra Sejati Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSP) always cares for the surrounding community. In this month of Ramadan, in the context of realizing concern for others, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati collaborates with Dompet Dhuafa to provide iftar packages in Karet Semanggi Village, South Jakarta on Wednesday (28/4/2021).
The package was handed over by Ondi G. Yanuar as Secretary I of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati and Ayu Septiana, a representative from Dompet Dhuafa Jakarta, which was received directly by the Head of Karet Semanggi Village, Mr. Achmad Yani. “In the second week of Ramadan, we want to share with the community by distributing 100 iftar packages to people in need. Apart from Jakarta, we also hold similar activities in 18 branch offices in various cities, “said Ondi G. Yanuar. The collaboration between KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati and Dompet Dhuafa has been going on since several years ago as a form of concern for the surrounding community, especially for those who are less fortunate. During this pandemic, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati hopes that its existence is not only limited to assisting MSMEs, but also can provide added value to the surrounding community who need their helping hand. “Do not forget, we also invite all employees to participate in this activity by providing voluntary donations in the form of charity. The hope is that the voluntary donation can benefit the less fortunate, “said Ondi.
As is well known, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati is one of the cooperatives that has transformed digitally through SOBATKU, the mainstay of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati’s online savings product.
