KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati Holds a Special Plenary Meeting of Members and Gives Hundreds of Gifts to Participants

Located on the third Floor of the Sampoerna Strategic Square Jakarta Building, on December 4, 2020, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati held a Plenary Special Members Meeting (RAK). Approximately 20 (twenty) delegates witnessed the event virtually. The meeting was attended by Members, Representative Members, Management and Supervisors of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati through the Zoom Cloud Meeting Video Call media. Also attending the meeting were representatives from the Management of Bank Sahabat Sampoerna as KSP Business Partner of Sahabat Mitra Sejati.

The RAK KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati was held for the first time in two formats: group and electronic. The Members submit the responses or answers at the Regional Members Meeting of the KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati Branch Office locations and through the RAK website, which is electronically provided by the Committee. The Committee will submit the results of RAK to the KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati RAK Plenary for approval.

The agenda for the Special Plenary Member Meeting included recommendations to appoint Mr Komjen (Purn) Dr Drs. Ito Sumardi Djunisanyoto, SH. MH. As Supervisor and submission of Mrs Ratna Kusumadewi as Secretary II of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati. The meeting was also to ratify the resignation of Noeniek Herliani as Secretary II of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati. Thus, release Mrs Noeniek Herliani of responsibility (“acquit et de charge”) as Secretary II of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati during the Accountability Report of the KSP Management of Sahabat Mitra Sejati.

“Thank you for the support of Ms Noeniek Herliani, who has made KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati able to continue to progress and develop. I would also like to welcome Mrs Ratna Kusumadewi, as Secretary II replacing Mrs Noeniek Herliani,” said Mr Ceppy in his speech.

Meanwhile Mr. Dodong Cahyono as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati said welcome and welcome to join Mr. Ito Sumardi Djunisanyoto, SH. MH. As Supervisor of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati.

I hope that this change in the organizational structure of the Sahabat Mitra Sejati KSP can create opportunities for KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati to be more advanced and more prosperous for its members.

In the Plenary RAK mentioned above, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati also gave hundreds of prizes totalling hundreds of millions of rupiah to members, with motorbikes and golds as main prizes.

The main prize is a motorbike received by Agus (Tangerang), Fransisca (Jambi), and Umar (Sekadau);
Metal Prize received by Mulia Rp. 5 million that is Andi (Bekasi) and Murzan (Pare-Pare);
Precious Metal Prizes received by Bobby (Pekanbaru), Prihantoro (North Jakarta), and Vivi (Bandung);
15 winners get a SOBATKU balance worth IDR 1,000,000
24 winners get SOBATKU balance worth Rp. 300,000
155 winners get SOBATKU balance worth Rp. 100,000, – and
300 winners get a SOBATKU balance worth IDR 50,000
